TORLYS flooring can be installed over most existing surfaces, ensuring the surfaces are glued or nailed down, sound (not moving), flat, dry and have a tidy surface. FLC floor levelling compound, maybe required to bring up to the installation requirements – (4mm over 3m area) Underfloor heating is fine as long as the wires are in a screed and NZBC compliant.

Exisitng surfaces maybe – cork, vinyl, timber / hardwood, tiles* that have a small groutline as well as standard concrete and chipboard substrates that still meet the above installation requirements.
